Hi Rajat,

Run the command

E:\usr\sap\OHM\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\sapcpe.EXE

pf=\\OHM1\sapmnt\OHM\SYS\profile\OHM_DVEBMGS02_OHM1

manually and paste the log SAPup_trobleshooting.log and sapcpe.out

Also check the below sapnote

1828915 - Upgrade stops in MOD_INSTNR_PRE phase

1957798 - update kernel failed, sapcpe.log contains error "sapcpe: find <src> /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/ctrun failed, 2, No such file or directory"
