Business Function AD_MRO_CI_3 & LOG_EAM_ROTSUB

Dear Gurus,

I have already activated Business Function LOG_EAM_ROTSUB due to which SPEC2000/SC tab is already there in ME21N and  ADSUBCON t code is also come , i was Reading about business function AD_MRO_CI_3 in this function also these enhancements are there , so is there any need to activate this business function  for Special stock subcontracting.  Please guide....
